Welcome to this Start Your Own Business (SYOB) self-assessment App.  The assessment component it contains is a key part of the application process for a Māori Women's Development Inc (MWDI) business loan. You will only be sent the Loan Application form after you have completed and submitted your responses for analysis by MWDI staff and been assessed as a likely suitable applicant for more detailed consideration.

Prior to being offered the Submit option of your assessment, you will need to accept the terms and conditions, both specified and implied, of MWDI.  Without this submission your information is totally confidential to you (or anyone else with whom you've shared your login URL).

  About the App    
 
    This App is web-based which means it can be accessed on any device with a Browser and where there is connectivity.  There is no tracking code or the like within this App.  Once you have created your unique login URL, the information you have added will be saved.  [To ensure this occurs regularly, periodically tap the Update buttons.] This means that you can complete the exercise over any period of time that best suits your circumstances, in line with any overall MWDI time constraints. 

When you are happy with the completed assessment, there is the option to Submit it to MWDI.  You will get a copy of this submission sent to the email address you have provided.

Once you have Submitted your completed assessment, please do not make any changes because MWDI reserves the right to access your assessment online for more detailed analysis.

There is no access to the assessment component of the App until a login URL has been created. Follow the instructions below.

    The first step is to email us for a link to the SYOB access code generator. If your device is linked to an email App, tap on the link below and the email will be created automatically. Otherwise just email: syobid@nzh1.com  Subject: SYOB access code.  You should get an reply within a few minutes.

  A loan application requires the completion of a full business plan and other documentation, all of which will take a considerable amount of time.  This self-assessment App is designed to give you, and if you decide to submit it, the MWDI team, an overview of you and your business proposal. 
MWDI reserves the right to contact any submitter and ask questions about any of the answers in this assessment.
